<p>Are you a highly organised professional with a keen eye for detail? We are acting on behalf of a leading specialist in decorative products who work with some of the UK’s most recognisable retailers.</p>
<p>They are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Key Account Coordinator to join their productive team in Poole for a 12-month maternity cover contract.</p>
<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>This is a fast paced and varied position providing essential administrative and commercial support to the National Account Manager. You will be an integral member of a small team, helping to deliver high-standard results in a commercial retail supply environment.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Project Coordination: Track multiple concurrent projects using in-house databases and CRM systems to ensure all deadlines are met.</li>
<li>Factory Liaison: Work closely with Product Designers and Account Managers to brief overseas factories on product specifications and request accurate quotations.</li>
<li>Sample Management: Coordinate the arrival and ‘check-in’ process for samples, ensuring they pass through design checks, testing, and photography.</li>
<li>Data Management: Maintain exceptionally high standards of data accuracy within customer spreadsheet trackers and internal systems.</li>
<li>Commercial Support: Assist with showroom preparation, meeting notes, travel arrangements, and responding to ad hoc customer enquiries.</li>

<p><strong>About You</strong></p>

<li>Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, and experience managing databases.</li>
<li>Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to maintain regular contact with internal departments and external factories.</li>
<li>Organisation: The ability to multitask across different projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.</li>
<li>Attitude: A positive, ‘can-do’ approach and the ability to solve problems using your own initiative.</li>
