<li>Cross-Department Liaison: Working closely with warehouse, dispatch, and sales teams to resolve delivery timelines or supply chain queries swiftly.</li>

<li>Technical Literacy: Good general IT skills, including basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and central CRM databases.</li>
