Salary: £26,250 per annum, with uncapped commission – Average OTE £55k

Hours: Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 6.00pm, Friday 9.00am – 3.30pm

Our client is a well-established, successful business who have recently expanded to the Salisbury area! They are now seeking a team of talented, driven, money hungry Account Managers to further their success in their brand new Salisbury office.
As a B2C Account Manager, you will be responsible for your own database of clients (no cold calling involved), dealing within inbound and outbound calls. You will be expected to build great rapport with your clients and gain an understanding of their requirements and motivations to enable you to pitch the most suitable products to them.
This role requires an experienced salesperson with a confident telephone manner to manage the end-to-end sales process, and in return receive a very competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission.
- Manage your own portfolio of existing clients
- Build rapport with clients and gain an understanding of their motivations and requirements
- Advise customers of new products, explain the benefits of adding them to their collections
- Upsell and cross sell product ranges
- Process customer orders through the in-house system
- Work to realistic targets
- Keep the CRM system updated
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience within a sales role
- Ability to build rapport and strong relationships quickly
- Target driven
- Money hungry
- Able to close a sale and overcome objections
- Strong communication skills
- Confident negotiator
