Claims Customer Support Handler
Location – Eastleigh, Hampshire (Hybrid Working)
Salary – £24,100 per annum (increasing to £25,600 within 18 months)
Hours – 37 ½ hours per week, shifts between Monday – Friday Monday – Friday 8.00am – 7.00pm, with one in 3 Saturdays 9.00am – 5.00pm

Our client is seeking compassionate and resilient individuals to work closely with customers who’ve been involved in a motor accident with a policyholders, providing support and guidance to help them through the claims process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to offer assistance following a motor accident
- Use your excellent communication skills to guide customers through the claims process
- Build strong relationships with third-party suppliers to expedite claim settlements
- Make informed decisions to control costs while prioritising customer satisfaction
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving effectively
Skills/Experience required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to influence and persuade others
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- A positive and adaptable attitude
- Previous customer service experience
