Call Centre Advisor
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Salary: £17,500 – £20,000 per annum (average minimum £250 per month bonus)
36.25 hours per week / 8 hour shifts between Mon-Fri 8am to 7pm & occasional Sat 9am to 1pm
Currently working from home (all equipment provided)

This is an important role within the office as it provides key support to valued customers. We need someone that is business focussed, driven to achieve the best results and wants to make a real difference.
You’ll need to have top-notch interpersonal skills and a real can-do attitude.
The purpose of the role is:
- To deal with inbound calls from customers looking to renew their Home Insurance as well as a smaller amount of outbound calling to potential customers who have renewal dates approaching.
- Identify your customer’s needs and match them to the right Insurance product, ensuring that you always keep your customers interests at heart.
