Customer Service Administrator

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum, plus bonus

Hours: Monday – Friday between 8.00am – 5.30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00am – 2.00pm

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding team.  Their continued success in their industry means exciting opportunities for employees!

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be pivotal in helping the sales and operations teams in ensuring customers continue to receive outstanding customer service, along with ensuring all administrative duties are carried out.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Check emails and WhatsApp messages in a prompt manner.
  • Manage/respond to live chat platforms.
  • Ensure customer callbacks and Audit Sheets are carried out.
  • Review and respond to Trust Pilot reviews.
  • Arrange maintenance and servicing of Company vans.
  • Follow up and chase quotes/invoices.
  • Issue invoices and quotes.
  • Other administrative duties as required.

In order to be successful in this role, you need to have the following skills/experience:

  • Previous experience working within a fast paced administrator role.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent team work and using own initiative.
