Field Sales Executive (Telecoms)

Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire (Traveling nationwide to qualified appointments)

Salary: £30,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission (OTE £109k per annum)

Hours: Monday – Thursday on the road, Friday office day with a 1pm finish

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Our client, a leader in hosted telephony and connectivity, is experiencing explosive growth and searching for a talented Field Sales Executive to join their winning team! They’re passionate about offering straightforward, honest solutions that empower businesses to thrive.

In this role, you’ll be the face of the Company, traveling to pre-qualified appointments to showcase cutting-edge telecom products and secure sales.  You’ll be a natural connector who can build lasting relationships with clients while exceeding sales goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell industry-leading hosted telephony and connectivity solutions.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with customers – understanding their needs and tailoring solutions for success.
  • Achieve (and exceed!) your sales targets through confident negotiation and closing skills.
  • Track your progress and client interactions with meticulous record-keeping within CRM software.

Skills/Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a Field Sales role within the telecommunications industry is a must.
  • You’re down-to-earth, presentable, and radiate positive energy.
  • You have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and a burning desire to win.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key to building lasting client relationships.
  • You’re highly motivated and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
