We have an excellent opportunity for a General Sales Manager to join an exciting automotive brand in the Dorset area.
One of the primary roles will be to drive the continued growth of the team whilst maximising sales and customer retention.
You will need to be able to motivate the team whilst ensuring all staff members have thorough knowledge and training of the product.
This role requires someone who is full of energy; that is passionate about people as well as results. As Sales Manager you will strive for the best and obtain a great understanding of how to maximise opportunities and get the most out of a high-performing team by creating a winning culture.
Knowledge of acquiring the optimum level of vehicles to retail is required as well as knowing how to develop sales plans, provide realistic forecasting and keep within financial budgets.
You will have extensive knowledge of the motor industry and are now looking to progress your career to the next level – You may already be a Sales Manager looking to enhance your skills in a positive environment or perhaps you are currently a Transaction Manager wanting to take the next steps.
If you can demonstrate the level of expertise needed whilst providing strong organisation and communication skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset then this role is for you.
A competitive salary will be rewarded along with a company vehicle and fantastic bonus opportunities with an expected OTE to be £55,000-£60,000+
