German / English Speaking Customer Support Consultant
Location: Ringwood
Various start dates available!
Working from home currently available – this role will be required to work in the Ringwood office after the pandemic
Basic Salary: £21,000 + bonuses with yearly earnings of £22,400
Hours of work: 8 hour shifts between Monday to Friday 07:00 – 20:00 Saturday/Sunday 09:00 – 17:00 with days in the week if you work a weekend day.
Hours can be flexible against personal circumstances on occasions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a bilingual German & English speaking Customer Service Consultant for various products that this company offers.
You are accountable for:
- Speaking to customers on the telephone, email and webchat
- Maintaining data and databases
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Good understanding of the product to enable advice and support
Skills & experience required:
- Multilingual German & English both written and verbal
- Previous experience of Customer
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Able to work under pressure & working to strict deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
