Customer Consultant – German Speaking Essential
Salary: £21,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week

- Speaking to customers on the telephone, email and webchat
- Maintaining data and databases
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Good understanding of the product to enable advice and support
Skills & experience required:
- Multilingual German & English both written and verbal
- Previous experience of Customer
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Able to work under pressure & working to strict deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
