Customer Consultant – German Speaking Essential

Salary: £21,000 per annum

Location: Ringwood

Hours: 40 hours per week

Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, driven individual to join their team.

Accountable for:

  • Speaking to customers on the telephone, email and webchat
  • Maintaining data and databases
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Good understanding of the product to enable advice and support

Skills & experience required:

  • Multilingual German & English both written and verbal
  • Previous experience of Customer
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
  • Team player with a proactive approach
  • Able to work under pressure & working to strict deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
