Management Accountant
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Location: Shaftesbury
Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Management Accountant to join their dynamic team in Shaftesbury. As a key member of the Finance Department, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the financial success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
- Prepare month-end and year-end journal adjustments.
- Manage the collation and interpretation of accurate financial reports.
- Ensure the accuracy of P&L, Balance Sheet reconciliation, and cash flow reporting.
- Identify key trends and variances from budget.
- Support the Finance Director in audits and compliance.
- Provide financial analysis and support to senior management.
- Create ad-hoc reports and streamline finance processes.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a management accountant role.
- CIMA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified.
- Expertise in budget setting, monitoring, and financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
