Metal Works Preparation (Chemist)
Location: Ferndown Industrial Estate
Pay: Competitive DOE
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.30pm, Friday 7.00am – 2.00pm
Our well-known precision aerospace engineering company, based in Ferndown Industrial Estate, has a fantastic opportunity to join their company and build a long-term career in the industry.
Our client is ideally looking for someone that has experience with preparing metals using specialist treatments.
Should you not have the experience but you qualifications in Chemistry (A-level or higher) then you will still be considered, as long as you have an excellent eye for detail and good initiative.
As a trainee chemist, you will be provided a full training programme in all aspects of prefer metal works to the highest standard that our clients offer in the industry.

In order to be successful in this role, you need to have:
- Either experience in preparing metals & chemicals and / or qualified in Chemistry (A-Level or higher)
- Excellent eye for detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Hard-working and driven to build a long-term career in Technical Planning
- Reliable
