Project Coordinator
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for project management? We’re seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic team in Ringwood.
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in the successful delivery of office fit-out projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing client orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Sourcing and procuring necessary materials and equipment within budget and deadlines.
- Coordinating and scheduling installation teams to optimise project timelines.
- Providing regular updates to clients and suppliers on project progress.
- Identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience in project coordination or administration.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
