Regional Travel Coordinator – Education/Travel Sector

Location: South Yorkshire  (Home-Based with Regular Travel Required)

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Salary: £24,000 per annum, 1st year OTE £30,000 per annum

We’re looking for a Regional Travel Coordinator to join a growing team, where you’ll champion incredible educational expeditions that inspire students and contribute to global communities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering engaging presentations, and hitting targets, all whilst making a difference.

This home-based role covers South Yorkshire, with regular travel to schools in your area.

About the role:

You’ll be at the forefront of introducing transformative expedition opportunities to schools, engaging with teachers, students, and parents. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Scheduling and securing new appointments with schools.
  • Delivering compelling and informative sales presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Promoting and selling unique expedition experiences to new educational institutions.
  • Providing outstanding ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring their journey is seamless.
  • Extensive travel within your region, with occasional overnight stays as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a target-driven sales professional with a genuine passion for travel and education. You’ll need:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the travel sector or in a face-to-face sales environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage and influence students, parents, and teachers.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the adaptability to tailor your approach to different audiences.
  • A self-motivated and independent worker who can manage their own schedule effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential due to the travel requirements of the role.
