Customer Service & Retentions/Renewals Executive
Basic Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Thursday 9am – 6.30pm and Fridays 9am – 3.30pm
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Our well established Client is looking for new talent in their Customer Service and Retentions team. Their people are their most valuable asset and they believe in investing in everyone they employ.
- To converse with customers looking to cancel policies with a view to upselling policy benefits and re-creating value in order to retain customers’ business
- Remaining compliant during all communications internally and externally
- Ability to work in a fast paced, FCA regulated environment
- Ability to multi-task and work pro-actively
- Capture and accurately record information

- Previous Customer Service Renewals or Retentions experience
