Sales Executive

Location: Poole, Dorset (Hybrid Working Options Available

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 per annum (DOE) + Commission | OTE £40,000 – £55,000

Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

They are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Poole, Dorset. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute significantly to the Company’s growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and nurture leads through various channels.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their energy needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare accurate and compelling proposals and quotes, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, track lead progress, and provide ongoing support to drive deals to closure.
  • Manage the entire customer journey, address objections effectively, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Work closely with installers and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the renewable energy sector (solar PV, air source heat pumps, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a basic understanding of energy concepts is advantageous.
