Sales Executive
Salary: £25,000 per annum, plus bonus
Location: Bournemouth (Hybrid Working after probation)
Hours: 37 ½ hours per week, Monday – Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We’re seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our clients fast-growing company, revolutionising pet healthcare plan management for veterinary practices. Based in a vibrant Bournemouth office, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our innovative online portal.
What you’ll do:
- Build strong relationships with veterinary practice owners
- Resolve customer issues related to pet healthcare plans
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell upsell our products and services
- Provide outstanding customer support and ensure customer satisfaction
What you’ll need:
- Previous sales or collections experience, preferably in a contact centre environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and approachable demeanour
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Experience in the veterinary industry is a plus but not essential
