Swiss Speaking Customer Engagement Advisor
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid Working)
Shifts: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm or 8.30am – 4.30pm

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier support: Answer customer enquiries and resolve issues via email and social media.

Skills/Experience Required:
- Fluent in Swiss German: A must-have for effective communication with customers.
- Experienced in customer support: Proven track record of delivering excellent service.
- Passionate about customer satisfaction: Committed to exceeding customer expectations.
- Detail-oriented and organized: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
