Salary – £22,000 per annum
Location – Bournemouth, Dorset
Hours – Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Our client, a highly successful and reputable insurance company based in Dorset, is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team as a Valuations Executive.
Our client is an insurance company specialising in high-net-worth valuables, including Jewellery and Watches. As part of the process to insure these valuables, they require customers to provide proof of ownership and value. This role will be required to check these documents and manage the customer experience attached to the process.
The candidate would need strong organisational, written and verbal skills. As part of the role the Valuations Executive would be communicating with customers and third party insurers to ensure the information provided is correct and up to date at all times.
In addition, you would be required to support with elements of administration attached to policy services and would support with incoming email requests from customers looking for further information such as documents or basic queries.
In order to be successful in this role, you need to excellent skills in the following:

- Ability to use Excel
