About the Opportunity

We are excited to be partnering with an established, purpose-driven organisation that delivers life-changing global experiential programmes. Known for their ethical values and high-impact services, they partner with key regional organisations to deliver transformative personal development opportunities.

In this field-based business development role, you will be responsible for expanding their partner network across your regional territory. Acting as the key commercial ambassador, you will open doors, conduct face-to-face consultative meetings, and deliver engaging group presentations.

Supported by a dedicated internal telesales and marketing team, your focus will be on converting warm leads, building long-term trust, and winning new accounts. Once an account is established, a dedicated client services team manages ongoing partner support, leaving you free to focus on what you do best: out in the field, driving new growth.

If you thrive in target-driven sales and want to represent a meaningful, highly rewarding service, this is an outstanding career step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development – Proactively identify and engage with secondary schools, academies, and educational groups across your regional patch.
  • Consultative Meetings – Conduct face-to-face meetings with teachers and senior decision-makers to understand their educational goals and secure trip commitments.
  • Presentations & Launches – Deliver energetic presentations and assemblies to students, host evening sessions for parents, and lead interactive workshops.
  • Pipeline Management – Work closely with the internal telesales team to convert warm enquiries while self-generating local prospects and referrals.
  • Target Achievement – Consistently deliver against individual and regional new-business targets.
  • Seamless Handover – Partner with internal account managers to ensure a smooth transition once a school is signed up.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a results focused, persuasive sales professional with excellent face-to-face communication skills and a passion for travel or youth development.

Key Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Sales Background – Proven track record in field sales, new business development, or consultative face-to-face selling (backgrounds in travel, education, or event sales are ideal).
  • Presentation Skills – Exceptional public speaking ability with the confidence to address large audiences, including students, parents, and school executives.
  • Self-Motivation – The drive and discipline to manage a regional diary, build a pipeline, and maintain high activity levels independently.
  • Driving Licence – A full UK driving licence is essential due to regular regional travel.
  • Team Ethos – A collaborative, supportive team player who operates with high integrity and enthusiasm.
